Age rules

You must be 18 in Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Liberia. You must be 21 in Namibia. There is no exception.

How the check works

You enter your date of birth when you register. The app compares it with the limit for the country you chose. A date that fails stops the registration there.

The identity check before your first withdrawal confirms the same date against your document. A false date costs you the account and the balance in it.

If you are a parent

• Do not let a child use your unlocked phone while the app is open.
• Lock your phone with a code, a fingerprint or a face scan.
• Turn off saved passwords for betting sites in your browser.
• Check the app list on a shared phone from time to time.

Why this is strict

Gambling harm lands hardest on young people. The age limit is the simplest protection there is. It only works if adults respect it.
